On-Hold with Music

During a live call transfer, your customer will hear a relaxing instrumental piece until they are connected with you!
In addition, while talking to a customer, you can dial the star(*) key at anytime to put your caller on-hold with music. Once you're ready to take the call back, you simply press the star(*) key and you'll be instantly connected back to the caller.
